So I watched the Wings play the Flyers yesterday, and I was so excited when I saw that Ozzie was actually in goal. I was pretty disappointed that they lost, too. So I wanted to draw Ozzie because he's awesome and I love him. =) ...Not more than I love Fleury, but still. xD

I was listening to the song "Hey Hey" by Superchick while I was drawing this, and the quote above is from it. I dunno, it made me think of Ozzie. xD He shouldn't let people get him down, because he's freaking amazing~! <3

For some reason, I'm not too satisfied with this. =/ Dunno why.

The issue as I see it is, he had a great team with a GREAT defense in front of him. As such did not NEED to "stand on his head" as other goalies have had to do. He did all that was asked of him. Hence people who have less understanding of the game fail to see it....:)

Haha, yeah, I get it. xD Even though Ozzie is a Wing, he's become my second favorite goalie of all time. Yet another way he's awesome: he managed to win a Penguins fan over. xD

Wow you are amazing. I am so jealous. how big is this in real life? Is it drawn on a 10x12 piece of paper? Because the details are so great and I always have a hard time with pencil, cuz I think I draw too small. ^^;

Don't worry, it hasn't gotten Ozzie down. He always finds a chance to laugh.

And, did you notice! He didn't let in ANY goals in the third period. He is just shaking off the rust. He made some pretty darn good saves at the end to keep us in it. I think he will be ok.

Fluery is inching over to my good side as well. ;p
